A snowy freeway in Arizona was warmed up with a little hot chocolate on Monday, after a tanker truck overturned.

Arizona Department of Public Safety troopers report that the crash dumped over 3,500 gallons of molten chocolate onto the road, in what troopers said would be a “sweet cleanup.”

“There is a river of chocolate blocking/flowing in the westbound lanes of I-40 at milepost 211, east of Flagstaff,” the agency wrote on Twitter. “A tanker truck carrying 40-thousand gallons of liquid chocolate rolled over.”
