Clarksville Tennessee has a new fire chief and he is putting all of the recruits on notice.

According to Clarksville Now, Chief Freddie Montgomery was checking in on the recruits training when he decided to show them how it’s done.

Chief Montgomery, in full gear, performed the agility test in 3:49. A recruit is only required to complete the test in just under seven minutes.

The test simulates the actions a firefighter may have to take while responding to an emergency.

It includes opening fire hydrants and carrying a dummy while navigating tight spaces.
