The weather isn’t the only thing heating up in Minnesota – a raging Blaze at the Husky Refinery has prompted evacuations near the town of Duluth, causing massive gridlock on roadways.
According to Duluth News Tribune, the Superior Fire Department responded to an explosion on Thursday morning, resulting in over 20 casualties so far from when the explosion took place until present.
The fire was initially put out but later re-ignited, resulting in thick black smoke to fill the air.
In response to the ensuing chaos and danger posed to citizens, evacuations have been ordered.
Multiple explosions broke out after the second fire ignited, and authorities believe the fire may burn for several more days.
Over 20 injuries have been reported, but no fatalities at this time.
