Firefighters simulated climbing 110 stories in full gear to pay respect to 9/11 victims

Two Georgia firefighters simulated climbing 110 stories in full gear today, a sweet tribute to those who died on 9/11/01.

Timothy Soler and Alex Liczewsky started climbing at 8:46 in the morning, the time American Airlines Flight crashed into the North Tower.

According to News4Jax, the 110 steps (which were on a stair climbing machine at Planet Fitness) symbolized the 110 stories of the Twin Towers.
