Body cam video shows officers creating human ladder to pull man out of burning home

Police in Georgia rescued a man from a burning building earlier this month, creating a human ladder to get the man out of his mobile home.

Officers from the Clayton County Police Department were investigating a shooting in the area when they saw the mobile home had caught fire, and responded quickly to evacuate the dwelling.

According to KTVL, officers breached the window, created a human ladder, and later used an actual ladder -provided by a local- to get the sole occupant to safety.

The victim reportedly suffered smoke inhalation but made a full recovery.
