Fire Burns In Strip Mall In Northwest Oklahoma City

The cause of a fire at NW 30 and N Portland Avenue was electrical, fire Deputy Chief Marc Woodard said. The fire started in a closet in the strip mall at 3024 N Portland Ave. It started about 4:20 a.m., Woodard said. He said he has no damage estimates available. 5:45 a.m. Firefighters have extinguished a blaze in a northwest Oklahoma City strip mall.
Firefighters remain on the scene Friday morning. The cause is being investigated near NW 30 and N Portland Avenue.
