Beacon Hose Company Firefighter Dies While Responding To Fire Call
United States (Connecticut) -
At 5:08am on March 10, 2010, Beacon Hose Company No. 1 was dispatched to a report of a structure fire. Fire Police Captain Kevin Swan signed on the radio network but did not arrive at the station or incident scene. Captain Swan was found unresponsive around 8:00am inside his pickup truck in his driveway. The nature and cause of fatal injury is under investigation.
