Mississippi Firefighter Dies During Structure Fire
United States (Mississippi) -
While at the scene of a structure fire on Jan. 14th, Firefighter Jerry Thompson of Linwood Volunteer Fire Department collapsed. CPR efforts were started immediately by firefighters on-scene and Firefighter Thompson was transported by LifeCare EMS to Laird Hospital where he succumbed to an apparent heart attack. Incident Location: Road 262 in Neshoba County.
