United States (Arizona) - On Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 21:58, three engine companies of Bullhead City Firefighters and one rescue ambulance, under the command of Battalion Chief Greg Raymond responded to a reported structure fire. Arriving units discovered a fully involved double-wide modular sales office. This was a defensive fire requiring firefighters to fight the fire from outside the building.

The office was not occupied and not yet had any utilities connected. The 1999 modular office was totally destroyed.

There were no injuries to firefighters.

An investigative team was dispatched to the fire for investigation. The investigation team has determined this fire was intentionally set and ruled the cause of the fire to be arson.
