United Kingdom - ECFRS Fire Crews are tackling a fire in a range of single-storey industrial units in the heart of an industrial estate on the 7th of February. Two of the units are well alight. Initially two appliances from Basildon were sent to tackle the incident, but at 05:52 hrs, the officer in charge requested the attendance of an additional two pumping appliances and an aerial ladder platform.

As crews fought the fire from outside the building, at 06:01 hrs an additional two pumps and another aerial ladder platform were sent to the scene. At around 06:30 hrs another two pumps were ordered onto the incident and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were preparing to enter the premises.
